Important: the right of withdrawal applies only to non-personalised products (for example certain accessories).
No right of withdrawal applies:
- to sofas and custom-made/personalized products ,
- to display models , sold as is.
For these products, only cases of defect, transport damage or non-conformity are covered, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you can use this form if you meet the conditions of the right of withdrawal (non-personalised product, within 14 days of receiving the product).

- Personalized products and display models are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
- I will cover the return shipping costs.
- the product must be returned complete, clean, unused and in a condition suitable for resale, ideally in its original packaging.
