To make life easier, we offer 2-installment payment by bank transfer, with no processing fees and no interest.
How does it work?
Step 1: 50% deposit at the time of order
You pay half of the total amount to start crafting your made-to-measure sofa.
This deposit allows us to:

Hold your slot in the production schedule
Step 2: 50% balance upon delivery
You settle the remaining 50% just before or at the time of delivery of your sofa.
Our commitment: We never deliver until the balance is paid. Once payment is confirmed, your sofa ships to you right away.

Frequently asked questions
Can I pay in 3 or 4 installments?
We don't offer this option at the moment. Our current solution is 2-installment payment by bank transfer (50% at order, 50% at delivery), with no fees.
Can I pay by cheque?
No, we do not accept payment by cheque. We favour credit card and bank transfer for security and traceability reasons.
Can I cancel my order after paying the deposit?
Since our sofas are custom-made to your specifications, the deposit is generally non-refundable once production has started. However, if you face a particular issue, get in touch and we'll discuss it.
Is 2-installment payment automatic?
No, you need to ask for it explicitly when placing your order. By default, payment is in full (100% at order).
Are delivery fees included in 2-installment payment?
Yes, the total amount (sofa + delivery fees + any options) is split into two equal parts.
How to request 2-installment payment?
