How long will this data be kept for?

Personal data is kept in accordance with legal provisions for a period not exceeding that necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and processed by Kings Canapé.

However, the processing of personal data is possible for the purpose of proving a right or a contract. This personal data may also be retained by Kings Canapé to comply with a legal obligation, or stored in files in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.

As an exception, the Personal Data necessary for the creation and management of the User account is deleted by Kings Canapé when the User deletes their account.

This service provider processes personal data on behalf of Kings Canapé, enabling the payment and invoicing of orders placed on the Site.

Are data transfers taking place outside the European Union?
