Kings Canapé is a sofa wholesaler based in France, specialising in the wholesale sale of sofas to professionals and private customers throughout Europe. This page presents our wholesale sofa offer for France & Europe: factory prices for sofas, business quotations, reseller terms, and a catalogue of 321 references covering all B2B uses — hotels, restaurants, specifiers, interior architects, property projects, resellers, and sales to private customers making bulk purchases.
Kings Canapé, your sofa wholesaler for France & Europe
Founded to serve furniture professionals and demanding private customers, Kings Canapé is today a recognised player in the sofa wholesale market in France. Our business: sourcing, manufacturing and distributing contemporary, comfortable and durable sofas at wholesale rates that are not available in traditional retail stores.
We operate from France with a European reach: we deliver to mainland France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Italy, Spain, and more widely on request for large-scale projects. Our direct factory importer model allows us to offer manufacturer prices across our entire catalogue, while guaranteeing European quality standards (solid wood or high-density panel frames, HR foam 35-40 kg/m³, tested coverings).
Why choose a wholesaler rather than a retailer?
The sofa wholesaler model differs fundamentally from the traditional retail channel. Without an intermediary between the manufacturer and the end buyer, you access sofa wholesale prices that can represent 30 to 50% in savings compared to the same models sold in stores. For a professional who equips several dozen rooms per year, these differences translate directly into margin. For a private customer furnishing a property from A to Z, it is the opportunity to access premium products at a direct factory rate.

Minimum order quantity (MOQ)
The wholesale sofa MOQ starts at 3 pieces for professionals with a SIRET number (resellers, architects, property managers). For private customers making bulk purchases, the MOQ is 5 pieces. Below this, public catalogue prices apply.

Who is this wholesale sofa offer for?
The Kings Canapé wholesale sofa offer is aimed at all buyers looking to buy sofas in bulk without compromising on quality. Here are the typical profiles that contact us.
Specifiers (architects, designers, project managers)
You are looking for a sofa manufacturer in France able to provide you with complete technical data sheets, fabric samples, and to meet a precise specification. Kings Canapé supports you from the specification phase: sending samples, validating dimensions on plans, and proposing finish customisation for large-scale projects.
Hotels, restaurants, bars (CHR)
You are equipping or renovating an establishment and looking for a sofa supplier for the hospitality sector able to deliver in volume, in compliance with ERP and fire standards, and within tight deadlines. Our hotel furniture catalogue includes M1 fire-retardant treated versions and high wear-resistant coverings (Martindale > 50,000 cycles).
Developers and property managers
You are delivering a property programme and looking for a sofa supplier for residential programmes who can align deliveries with your construction schedules and invoice by phase. Kings Canapé offers framework agreements for developers with phased invoicing and sequenced delivery.
Resellers and furniture stores
You run a store and wish to expand your offering without taking stock risks. Kings Canapé offers sofa reseller terms with possible drop-shipping, access to the full catalogue, and marketing support (visuals, product sheets, training).
Private customers making bulk purchases
You are a condominium syndicate, residence manager, or a group of private customers wishing to buy in volume to benefit from the private customer wholesale sofa price. Kings Canapé accepts bulk orders from 5 pieces, with a single delivery and unified invoicing.
Why choose Kings Canapé as your wholesale supplier?
Our position as a sofa wholesaler in France is based on four pillars that make the difference for professional buyers.
1. Direct factory prices, without intermediary
By eliminating intermediaries between the manufacturer and the end buyer, we offer wholesale sofa prices that are on average 30 to 50% lower than retail prices for strictly equivalent products in quality. These savings come from our direct importer model, not from a reduction in quality.
2. Wide and stocked catalogue
With 321 active references, our catalogue is one of the widest on the French wholesale market. Corner sofas, panoramic, straight, recliner, convertible, all styles and all materials — you will find the piece you need without having to multiply suppliers.
3. Certified European quality
All our sofas are manufactured to European standards: solid wood or high-density panel frames, certified HR foam 35-40 kg/m³, coverings tested to at least 50,000 Martindale cycles. EN 12520 standard for furniture for domestic use, EN 1021 for fire resistance.
4. Controlled logistics for France & Europe
Our logistics are in-house for shipments in France, and operated by selected partners for European shipments. All sofas are delivered on a protected pallet, with appointment scheduling and delivery upstairs on request (optional).
How to order in bulk from Kings Canapé
Our wholesale ordering process is designed to be quick and smooth, even for complex projects.
- Online quotation request: select the references that interest you from this page or the specialised collections, add them to your request, and send us your brief (quantities, deadlines, technical constraints).
- Personalised quotation within 24 hours: our sales team reviews your request and sends you a detailed quotation with unit prices, volume discounts, delivery costs, and deadlines.
- Validation and deposit: after validation, a 30% deposit is required for orders > €5,000 excl. VAT. For smaller orders, full payment upon ordering.
- Production and preparation: your order goes into production or picking depending on available stock. Standard lead time 2 to 4 weeks for France, 3 to 6 weeks for Europe.
- Delivery and installation: delivery on a protected pallet to the address of your choice. Delivery upstairs and installation option available on quotation.
How does a wholesale project with us actually work?
Before signing a quotation, we always start with a phone or email exchange to understand your project. This avoids unnecessary back-and-forth and allows us to propose the right configuration from the outset. Here is how it generally works.
First contact: we listen to your needs
You call us or write to us with your brief: type of project, quantities, deadline constraints, expected range level. We respond within 24 working hours, and we organise a phone appointment if the project warrants it. No commitment at this stage, just a discussion to see if we are aligned.
Model selection and sending of samples
Once the brief is clarified, we propose a selection of 3 to 5 models suited to your project, with the technical data sheets and corresponding prices. For projects where the choice of covering is critical (CHR, residences, specifiers), we send the fabric samples free of charge to your address. Postage costs remain at your expense; we will inform you of them in advance.
Detailed quotation and negotiation
We send you a quotation with the unit price per reference, volume discounts, delivery costs, and estimated deadline. If the project evolves, we adjust the quotation — this is normal. For large orders, we can also offer staggered payment suited to your schedule.
Order, production and delivery
Once the quotation is validated, your order goes into production or picking depending on the models. We keep you informed of progress by email at each key stage. Delivery is made on a protected pallet with appointment scheduling, and we remain reachable until receipt to answer any logistical questions.
After-sales service and recurring projects
Once delivery is completed, we remain available for any questions about maintenance, spare parts, or any adjustments. And if your project recurs (multi-phase property programme, hotel chain, etc.), we set up a framework agreement that simplifies subsequent orders.
